Why We Do What We Do

Meet Our Owner – Carrie Melnick
Carrie has 11 years’ experience building nightclubs, restaurants and bars in Arizona, Colorado and New York City. She opened over 106 locations across the three states. She worked with Chefs, Venture Capitalists and small business owners who wanted to take a dream concept and make it a reality. In that time, she always found the design and procurement of the signs to be overly complex and challenging. So, she decided to open her own Sign + Graphic design business to streamline and simplify the process. Businesses love working with Carrie because they get a partner invested in their business who helps them get the Sign + Graphics they need to brand and market their organizations and rise above the rest!
Our Design Team:
Our Graphic designer has 3+ yrs of experience, designing indoor and outdoor signs. She loves to create signs that are eye-catching and promote the business effectively. She enjoys how varied a sign design can be, from classic to modern styles. With a passion for being creative and understanding what each client needs, she is committed to surpassing expectations, whether it’s boosting brand visibility or making graphically stunning signs that stand out.
Since 2020, our Sr. Designer has been designing in the signage industry. Each sign he makes is like a puzzle – to be creative and practical at the same time to make sure it looks great and says the right thing for each business. Whether it’s for a small shop or a large corporation, a colorful wall graphic or a channel letter sign, turning ideas into reality is his passion. He always makes sure to do a superb job, so everyone who sees the sign loves them!
Our Installation Team:
Aaron entered the sign world 15 years ago as a graphic designer and was lucky enough to get involved in the production and installation process. He really enjoys the signage industry because every project is unique to the customer and a little can go a long way. Seeing the customers’ reactions when they see their signs transform their space when the art comes off the paper into their space is a great feeling. Aaron loves working with his hands and getting to utilize a unique skill set every job utilizes a different set of skills. Interacting with the customers, learning about their business, and helping them make their office or home unique is really satisfying!
